1. You are carrying out this content writing project work for the exclusive use of
Caleidoscope. The content and pictures provided in this work cannot be reused for
another publication nor should it be copied, reproduced or distributed in any
manner without the prior written consent of Caleidoscope.

service provider’s personal experience. If any content from another source needs
to be borrowed, the service provider needs to the quote the reference of that

allow it to hold 10% of the paid fee as a commission of the promotion service.

who provides creative content. Similarly, you as a service provider agree to
promote Caleidoscope in all your professional activities and ensure that there is
no conflict of interest.
